Mr. Arnold is a technology and financial analyst with more than 30 years of experience. Stephen has extensive operational and entrepreneurial experience, able to bridge the gap between new ideas and the financial implications of a technology.

Stephen is the author of six books and over 50 journal articles. In October 2004, published Stephen’s 450-page “The Enterprise Search Report.” This report profiles 27 enterprise search engines and includes management, budgeting, and technical information. He has published three technical monographs about Google: The Google Legacy (2005), Google Version 2.0 (2007), and Google: The Digital Gutenberg (2009). His most recent book, published by Pandia in Oslo, Norway, is “The New Landscape of Enterprise Search.”

Richard Bullwinkle joined Rovi Corporation in January 2007after the company acquired Mediabolic, where he had served as vice president of Products and chief evangelist. Since that time, Richard has served as chief evangelist responsible for corporate strategy. In his role, Richard helps define the direction of Rovi's products and technology solutions. He represents the company at numerous industry events to gather market perspectives and understand trends that have an impact on the company's customers and the end consumer in order to provide recommendations to the senior team. He also works to establish standards and lead the discussions to promote a better consumer experience throughout the CE industry.

With roles at Mediabolic, Rio Audio, and TiVo, Richard is well known in consumer electronics and entertainment industries. As vice president of products and chief evangelist at Mediabolic, Richard helped pioneer the connected home strategy of connecting entertainment media devices. As a senior member of Rio Audio's product marketing team, Richard played an instrumental part in the creation of some of the most popular MP3 players in the US. At TiVo, Richard was the company's chief evangelist and a senior member of TiVo's product marketing team. He helped create and develop the TiVo products and was behind the campaign to make the TiVo product a household name. Richard graduated from Rollins College in Florida with degrees in English and Music.

Ginsburg is currently a senior consultant with BST America LLC, where she works closely with partners Bill Noorlander and Sara Crowe in providing client services such as contract analysis, benchmark support, strategic planning, and product evaluation.

Steven Goldstein is Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alacra. Formerly, Mr. Goldstein was Vice President of Strategic Planning for Knight-Ridder's Business Information Services division. In that role he was responsible for Knight-Ridder's acquisition of Technimetrics and its pre-IPO investment in Netscape Communications. Mr. Goldstein previously held a range of sales and marketing positions at Knight-Ridder's Business Information properties. He served on the Small Business and Agriculture Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 2008-2010. Mr. Goldstein has a BA in English from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University. He resides in New York City.

Mr. Darrell Wayne Gunter

Darrell W. Gunter is one of the leading advocates of semantic technology and social networking in the Science, Technical and Medical Industry. He is a frequent speaker and moderator at many information industry events advocating the benefits of semantic technology and social networking.

He is the President of Allerton Press Inc., a division of PLEIADES Publishing LLC.  PLEIADES is the publisher of the Russian Library of Science that comprises 182 English language Russian scientific journals.

Previously he has served as the Chief Commercial Officer of AIP (American Institute of Physics) and as the EVP /CMO of Collexis a semantic technology and knowledge discovery company specializing in application management software.  At Collexis he was one of the stewards that led Collexis to be acquired by Elsevier and he served on the Elsevier / Collexis integration team.

Prior to Collexis he served as the Sr. V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Elsevier and as the Nat'l Sales Director for Dow Jones Financial News Services after beginning his career at Xerox. 

A graduate of Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business, where he obtained his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  He also earned his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

He is an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University and served on many boards including the Content Board of the Software Information Industry Association up until May 2011, Olin College of Engineering Library Advisory Board, Seton Hall University Advisory Council and the Women's Venture Fund.  His radio program "Leadership" airs Saturday mornings at 9:00 am on WSOU HD 89.5 FM /

An accomplished exective, widely experience leader and governance expert, Janice's career spans Cabinet-level work in the federal government and executive experience in associations, non-profits, and volunteer activities. A leader in her profession, dedicated volunteer, popular speaker, and trusted advisor, Janice is President of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA); a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE); and an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) where she ahs served on the Board of Directors, Executive COmmittee, and the NAPA Presidential Transition 2016 Steering Committee.

Prior to her recent work in not-for-profit enterprises, Janice was nominated by President William Clinton and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the federal government’s independent human resources agency, responsible for all policy and programs affecting the 2.1 million members of the nation’s civil service.

President Clinton charged Janice with the task of establishing and gaining recognition of the federal workforce as a national performance model. She is credited with many seminal achievements at OPM, including: reformulating the agency’s mission and strategy as well as re-engineering its 3,700 employee organizational structure and culture; expanding the Family and Medical Leave Act to permit the use of sick leave to care for a newborn or ailing family member; instituting affordable long-term care insurance for ?? million federal employees, members of the armed services, and retirees; making innovative and cost-effective improvements in health insurance and retirement programs; dramatically increasing outreach and recruitment efforts to first-job applicants from underrepresented populations; revitalizing the Presidential Management Fellows Program; and, establishing, the Federal Government's official source for federal job listings and employment opportunity information and which attracts more than 20 million visits annually.

As a cabinet-ranked member of the Clinton Administration leadership team, Janice was appointed by the President to lead five US diplomatic missions, including to China and Israel. The president also appointed her to serve as Chair of the National Labor-Management Partnership Council, as a member of the President’s Management Council and as a Commissioner of the White House Fellows program.

During the past decade, Janice has served as the managing executive in not-for-profit membership associations. Most recent examples Interim President of the Better Business Bureau Institute for Marketplace Trust interim President and CEO of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals International, a global profession of best-in-class customer-care experts.

Previously, Janice served as CEO of the Special Libraries Association for more than 10 years, leading the global association of 8,000 credentialed librarians and scholars who devote more than 25 million hours annually to the operation and expansion of the global information and knowledge economies on behalf of private, academic and public sector enterprise in 75 countries.

Among numerous awards, Janice was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters by Southern Vermont College in 2013 and Vice President Al Gore’s Reinventing Government Hammer Award for advances in government-wide labor-management partnerships.

Janice was born and raised in Biddeford, Maine, graduated from Manhattanville College, and earned her law degree from Tulane University. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Maine, the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to ValueClick, Chase held the position of Senior Business Development Consultant to InfoSpace, charged with publisher distribution and emerging applications for the paid search division.
